Juvenile Game Participation and Supervision Policy
It is worth noting that Southern Wilds games comes with Themes that are M 15+ which includes violence, torture, demonic rituals, and intoxicants to name a few. Parents and Guardians are encouraged to play sessions prior to introducing a child to the game to consider if the game is right for them.
All children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a Parent or Guardian. Guardian may be an adult known to the child who is assuming the legal responsibilities and Duty of Care of the child in question. This person is responsible for the child, managing their participation, behavior and supervision. At no time should another player feel like they must "look after" a juvenile participant.
What is required from guardians to best ensure their child/ren are safe and participate in the game correctly depends on the age of the child in question. In the event of multiple children, the parent/guardian must take the lowest age of the group and refer to the table.
The Council reserves the right to alter the requirements on a case by case basis based on additional needs or supervision requirements.
